General questions

In what languages can I get technical support?

Our support representatives can help you in English, German and Russian.

Can I trust you?

The Company VIVO SOLUTIONS LTD was registered in the UK under registration number 14552757 and has all of the necessary permissions for the provision of hosting services. We are also a member of RIPE NCC as an LIR.

How do you process personal data?

Your data will never be shared with third parties, except in certain cases, which are stipulated by the legislation of the UK and the European Union.

Do you have technical capacities on the territory of CIS?

No, currently we locate our equipment exclusively in Germany.

What is the policy for complaints?

Each complaint is considered individually. Usually, receiving a complaint from the rights holder, we ask to remove the allegedly infringing content within 24-48 hours.

Is it obligatory to have to indicate valid data?

We are very serious about the veracity of registration data. Each order is verified by an antifraud system and a compliance department officer. In the case of impossibility to verify the data, we ask you to provide a copy of identity card or/and confirmation, or registration/residence address.

What payment methods do you accept?

You will find detailed information about this on the payment methods page.

Can I pay in rubles?

Because we are a European company, all the payments are accepted only in Euro currency.

What if I don’t pay for hosting on time?

The client’s data is deleted seven days after blocking and notifying the client via email of a missing payment.

What is the policy on money refunds?

All payments are non-refundable.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, if you have the ability to pay in Euros to the account. The minimum bank transfer amount is 100 Euros.

How are the funds debited?

Billing occurs ten days before the date of the next payment. If the funds are available on the balance account, the bill is met automatically and immediately after the creation. The settlement period can be changed upon request to the technical support.

Technical questions

Can additional ip-address be ordered?

Yes, the cost of additional IP-address is 3€ per month. Dedication of IPv4 subnets is possible for legal needs and is discussed individually.

Do you have a partner program?

Yes. Partner link is available in the personal area after registration.

Where are your servers located?

Our equipment is located in data centers, namely: Global Switch and Telehouse in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Is my personal data properly secured?

Of course! Our data centers are under constant surveillance and are physically protected, as well as being fully equipped with all of the necessary fire extinguishing and gas down take systems, connected to the reserve supply mains. More information is on the data center page about this.

How fast is the order activation is carried out?

In most cases the activation happens immediately.

What control panel is used?

We use the convenient and functional control panel - cPanel.

Do you assist in the site transfer?

Yes. Our specialists will help you to transfer the data.

Can additional ip-address for SSL be ordered?

Yes, you can order dedicated IP-address for your website.

VPS hosting

How fast is the order activation is carried out?

In most cases, parameters of access to your server are sent within one hour.

What virtualisation is used?

We use Xen PV hypervisor; all the resources of our VPS are dedicated and guaranteed, similarly to a physical server.

What OS can I choose?

Up-to-date releases of the main distributors are available to be installed - Linux - CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, as well as Windows Server 2016 and 2019.

Can I order a server with the control panel?

The cPanel license is €14 per month. An ISPmanager Lite license is provided at cost. We also install another simple and convenient control panel called VestaCP.

Can the configuration of VPS be changed?

Yes, the process of configuration change requires only a server reboot, data will not be lost.

Can the OS from our image be installed?

Unfortunately, we do not provide such a facility.

Are there any limitations of server use?

Yes, the following actions are forbidden: cryptocurrencies mining, spam, BitTorrent. Detailed information about the terms of use can be found within our ToS.

Can an individual VPS configuration be ordered?

Yes, the pages of both Linux and Windows VPS orders contain convenient server configuration tools.

Dedicated servers

How fast will the server be provided?

In most cases, the server is being installed within 12 hours from the time of the order. In rare cases, the installation may take up to 48 hours.

What channel are the servers connected to?

The channel speed for each server is 1 Gbps with 500 Mbps guaranteed. We do not meter the traffic usage.

Will the kvm console be available?

Yes. All HP ProLiant servers are provided with the iLo system.

How fast is the replacement of faulty equipment carried out?

Server components replacement is carried out within 4 hours.
